Conservation Grazing Officer

Home Based

Salary:  £26,500 pro rata (plus 5% pension contribution)

Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Initially for 6 months. depending on funding there is an intention to make the post permanent

Location

The post is home based so the location is flexible within Wales. The successful candidate must be willing to travel.

Background

PONT (Pori, Natur a Threftadaeth) is a not-for-profit organisation which exists to encourage and facilitate grazing for the benefit of the wildlife, landscape and cultural heritage of Wales.

To deliver these outcomes, PONT is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Conservation Grazing Officer. The Officer will work with the PONT team to build capacity, provide advice, share knowledge and support skills that promote the value of conservation grazing and extend its use in Wales.
